The rules for using this website and for arranging auto body and collision repair with Brothers Collision Center.
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brothers Collision Center website at brotherscollisionri.com and any of its subpages, forms, booking tools, or online estimate requests (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Brothers Collision Center is an independently owned auto body and collision repair facility located at 60 Narragansett Ave, Providence, Rhode Island 02907. We provide collision repair, paint and refinishing, dent and scratch repair, frame and structural work, glass and trim services, and related services. The Site describes our services and lets you request estimates and appointments online.
Nothing on the Site is a diagnosis of vehicle damage. Actual repairs require an in-person inspection of the vehicle.
Prices and timelines shown on the Site, in online estimates, or over the phone are estimates only. They are based on the information available at the time and may change after we inspect the vehicle.
Final pricing may change due to hidden or additional damage, parts availability and price changes, parts backorders, insurer-approved repair procedures, labor rate adjustments, sales tax, and towing or storage charges. We will explain significant changes and make reasonable efforts to contact you for approval before performing additional work.
Online booking requests are not confirmed appointments until we acknowledge them. Please arrive within reasonable time of your scheduled drop-off so we can complete intake and inspection.
Vehicles left at our facility are subject to a daily storage charge after the period specified in your written authorization or after we notify you that repairs are complete and the vehicle is ready for pickup. Storage and lien rights are governed by applicable Rhode Island law.
We work with all insurance carriers, but we do not represent your insurer. Coverage decisions, deductible amounts, and claim approvals are made by your insurance company under your policy.
Payment terms are set out in your repair authorization. Unless other written arrangements are made, any deductible, betterment, or non-covered amount is due when you pick up the vehicle. We may require payment in full before releasing the vehicle.
We stand behind the workmanship of the repairs we perform. Subject to the terms in your written authorization, we will correct defects in our workmanship at no charge for as long as you own the vehicle.
This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, road hazards, corrosion or rust originating from pre-existing conditions, subsequent repairs by others, manufacturer or parts defects (which may be covered by their own warranties), or normal wear and tear.
By leaving a vehicle with us you confirm that you are the owner or are authorized to arrange repairs on the owner's behalf, and that you can provide clear title to the vehicle.
Please remove personal belongings, valuables, and aftermarket items before drop-off. We are not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle. Please also remove or tell us about security systems, wheel locks, or accessories that may affect the repair, and provide the keys and any required codes.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal purposes related to our services. You agree not to use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its operation; to scrape or harvest content at scale; to submit false information, spam, or malicious code through our forms; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
The Site's text, layout, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and brand elements are owned by Brothers Collision Center or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish, or use our content or marks for commercial purposes without our written permission.
When you submit a form, request an estimate, or book online, you are providing information voluntarily so we can respond. Please provide accurate contact information. If you opt in, we may contact you about your request, your repair status, or our services by phone, email, or text message. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by asking us to stop.
Do not use our forms to send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or payment card details.
Reviews displayed on the Site may be sourced from third-party platforms such as Google and Yelp or shared by customers. We publish them as submitted and do not guarantee that any review reflects a typical experience. All reviews remain the property of their authors and the platform on which they were posted.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brothers Collision Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from your reliance on information provided through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or limits your rights under a written repair authorization or warranty.
The Site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party tools (for example, map and review services). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand what we collect and how we use it.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. The revised version takes effect when we post it on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
